I have searched on internet and all the possible ways to reinstall the drivers have been done but no solution. I couldnot understand why ISE can not detect the device if the driver is installed perfectly. Now when i start cable autoconnect the error appears as shown below. The problem is when i start configure target device then IMPACT screen appear as shown in image file attached in doc format. The driver has been installed succesfully and i have checked on Device Manager it is shown that XILINX usb cable is connected. when i am connecting my Vertex-5 board by using Xilinx Jtag-USB connector. I am using registerred version of ISE 14.6 and windows 7.
